We can’t believe we’ve lived here for 37 years! We moved here because of the lovely views and the size of the garden and there’s a lot of space too. In fact the area hasn’t changed much over the years which is probably why we stayed for so long. Falmer Ponds and Stanmer Park are both just a picturesque walk away and getting around by bus is so easy.We have just had the whole of our roof replaced along with the facias, soffits and downpipes and we have also recently had the boiler serviced. It’s such a great family home that we really hope the next owners enjoy living here as much as we have.
