A wooden front door leads into the entrance hall with flagstone floor. The sitting room enjoys a dual aspect with views of the garden. The drawing room is light and airy with a focal inglenook fireplace with wood burning stove inset. There is good provision for storage throughout the property with built-in cupboards. The kitchen has a traditional black electric Aga and is fitted with a range of stone coloured cabinets and fitted appliances under a granite work surface. There is a central island with breakfast bar and a step leads down into the dining room which has French doors to the garden. The kitchen and dining room benefit from under floor heating and an artisan stone floor. A hardwood conservatory runs along the back of the house providing an additional garden room with a door into a further room, currently used as a gym. A study, utility room and cloakroom complete the downstairs space.

On the first floor the master bedroom is light and spacious with a well appointed en-suite bathroom and built-in wardrobes. There are two further bedrooms and a bathroom on this floor; with a fourth bedroom and en-suite shower room on the second floor.

OUTSIDE The property has ample gravelled parking to the front with a detached garage to one side. The garage has current planning consent for conversion into a one bedroom annexe. The gardens are planted with a selection of shrubs and fruit trees and offer privacy and seclusion. The lawned area slope down into a patio and BBQ area directly behind the house.
