Looking for your own piece of heaven, then look no further than this charming Character cottage. Tucked away this delightful village home might be hard to find, but once seen it will never be forgotten. Nestled in the heart of Wroxall village it’s not hard to see why the current owners fell in love with the location and enjoyed countless visits to enjoy the peace and quiet it offers. Sit in the private gardens with the abundance of birds and wildlife and relax in the sunshine. Feeling a bit active, well there’s plenty to occupy the keen gardener or why not take a walk with the dog on one of the many fabulous trails right on your door step. Wroxall also benefits from having a shop, post office, pub and good bus links to the rest of the Island.

As you enter the garden and admire the cottage, prepare to be wowed when you step inside. The light and airy entrance gives way to the lounge area with its wood burning stove to keep you warm in those winter months. Before you head upstairs on the open wooden staircase which is a real feature to the cottage, check out the kitchen with its abundance of space. This is sure to be the hub of the house and a great place to entertain friends and family. When you venture upstairs the spacious feel continues with 2 double bedrooms and a large family bathroom. It’s the garden and location that really make the cottage truly unique and whether you decide to use it as a holiday home or permanent residence we think you’ll fall in love with it straight away.

What the Owner says:

We bought this lovely cottage as our holiday home over 10 years ago.
We love the village and have made some good friends here. We have now retired from the mainland and bought a bungalow right here in Wroxall. Although we shall miss our cottage its only right that we should let someone else enjoy it now.
The peace and quiet when you sit in the garden with the sun beating down is truly magnificent. We have always kept the property in good condition and have recently had it decorated. Although we had it as a holiday home it could provide a comfortable permanent residence to anyone who is looking for a quiet "Hide away cottage".
