Located on one of the most sought after roads in Purley this property is walking distance to the town centre, shops and Purley mainline station in under 7 minutes. Purley's transport links are brilliant with trains into London in under 25 minutes, that’s a commuting dream!

Inside the property you will see immediately that this home has been beautifully cared for and is presented really well. Downstairs you have a lounge that is perfect for snuggling up in front of your favourite tv show and a kitchen that overlooks the level rear garden.

For more formal events you can entertain friends and family in the dining room which has a lovely bay window.

During the warmer months you can carry the party on outside with a really nice manageable size garden, ideal for barbequing with friends and family.

Once upstairs and it’s time for bed you will not be disappointed with two double bedrooms and a very large family bathroom, guests will be very well accommodated for. With all that this property has to offer and everything that is on your doorstep it really is the ideal home and with the Westfield shopping centre being built in Croydon that will only be a short bus or train away the future is very bright and there has never been a better time to buy.

What the Owner says:

We fell in love with this house as soon as we stepped in the front door. Not only is it perfect location-wise, it also offers lots of living space and a lovely, sunny garden. We're only a 7 minute walk to the station, making commuting into London very easy. Having Tesco just around the corner has been a life-saver at dinner parties when a key ingredient has been forgotten and the guests are just about to arrive!

We've been very happy here for the past 5 years and are sad to move on, but we're sure the next owners will love living here just as much as we have.
