Proceed to the next roundabout and turn left onto the A382 signposted Chagford and Moretonhampstead. After 3 miles, turn left signposted Chagford, and proceed into the town square. Once in the square, turn right and go down the hill forking left and out of the village. Proceed up the hill following the signs for Fernworthy Reservoir. Go past the turn for the reservoir, and after a further mile or so, turn right signposted Corndon. Go into the hamlet and fork sharp left at Corndon Cross. After 30 yards, proceed down the drive directly opposite, and the farm is located at the bottom of the drive.
