From the top of Goring High Street by the railway bridge junction take the B4009 Wallingford Road out of the village. In about 4 miles bear left onto the A4074 and down to a roundabout where take the 2nd exit. At the next roundabout take the 2nd exit following the Ring Road and then 1st left at the following roundabout. On reaching the Shillingford roundabout take the 3rd exit right towards Warborough. Follow the road for approx. 0.7 miles and take the right hand turn onto the village green.  Rosemary Cottage will be found on the left hand side towards the further end.
