Follow this road to the bottom of the hill and take the first left onto the A3124 signposted Winkleigh/ Exeter. Follow the A3124 for roughly 10 miles into the village of Winkleigh. At Mid Devon Motors, turn right onto Exeter Road and the property can be found on the right hand side just before Coopers Hill.
