We love being very close to the local amenities with its range of shops, cafes and bars. Being close to the promenade means that we can walk there on a regular basis to watch amazing sunsets. The pretty rear garden is like our own private oasis, and even though there is plenty of space for family when they visit it still maintains that cosy and homely feel. With the home being 50% shared ownership with Adactus it has been great for us because it has allowed us to comfortably live in a property at minimal expense. Also an added bonus is that the property is close to transport links which means that we do not have to take the car when going on journeys. The basement in the property has been fantastic as that is where we have our model railway laid out.
