I was really only after something modern as working long hours makes it difficult finding time to do a place up. I also work in Chichester so being close by was important, so I could spend more time with the family.Every modern property that I viewed seemed too small, or too far from work. As soon as I viewed the property I knew it would be perfect for me as a home, plus the construction of the new Bognor relief road would make my journey to work much better. The garden was larger than average also which was ideal for us.I hope that the new owners love the property as much as I have.
