It is a quiet and friendly neighbourhood and it has grown from a first house into a family home the location is great for town and transport links and we regularly use the cycle track. All the neighbours are fantastic and very helpful, and the size of the lounge has been brilliant. The third bedroom is used as a nursery at present but we have a single bed and drawer unit quite comfortably in that room. We have utilised the outbuilding as a play room which the children adore, but it could easily be converted into home office or extension of the home. The kitchen has plenty of space for table and chairs which enables the family to eat together.
