Location

The property is situated in the very popular Combe Park which is set up and off the New Barnstaple Road.  This is slightly elevated and there are some superb views from the property and there is very little passing traffic.  Opposite the property there is the benefit of further parking just off the private lane.  Ilfracombe is a good sized Victorian town located on the rugged North Devon coast and it caters well for its inhabitants with an excellent range of shops and stores.   There is also the award winning Landmark Theatre and Tesco Superstore.  The beaches at Woolacombe and Saunton are only a few minutes drive away as is the splendid North Devon coast and the National Park.

Directions  - From Braunton take the A361 to Knowle towards Ilfracombe. At Mullacott Cross turn right (A3123).  After approx. 1.5 miles turn left to Ilfracombe and onto Two Potts junction. Turn left & left again down the hill. At the roundabout turn right then left at the next roundabout towards Ilfracombe. Just after Channel View take the next left into Combe Park.
