We were living in Oxted, Surrey and work dictated we needed to be nearer to Horsham so we decided to look at the area. Whilst looking at various flats we decided to look at Southwater also and really loved the feel of the village. We popped into the local agents to see what was available and after viewing a few properties we realised we wanted to live in the village. Although we were not looking for a project we were urged to look at this one and although it needed a lot of work we decided to have a look and were glad we did as the amount of space was incredible compared to others and it felt really private.We have really enjoyed living here and updating our home and will not be moving far away.
