We have owned the property since it was new and have loved living here. We have maintained the property very thoroughly over the years and any work that has needed doing has been done.

We have recently added a shower suite. The kitchen/dining room and lounge are light and airy and we think the layout is great.

When we had the garage constructed, we required plenty of storage and therefore had it built bigger than a standard single garage. This extra space really helps.

If you are travelling to different areas there are two railway stations which are close by and the M61 motorway is nearby. Everything you could ever need is in the village including two supermarkets, a variety of shops, pubs and restaurants.

We sincerely hope that the new buyer loves living here as much as we have.
