Full description

Tenure: Freehold

A wonderful family home which has the location and space to fit most buyers needs!

The property itself is something to take notice of. As soon as you approach you will see the first couple of requirements you can tick off the list. Being detached means you get your own space around you and there is therefore always the potential to do more. Inside it just keeps getting better and better with generous accommodation throughout.

You can actually move straight in as well because the property is in good internal and external order. The kitchen/diner is a particular highlight and you will be able to see yourselves entertaining friends and family on a regular basis! This room is something that’s very easy to show off! On the other side of things, it’s great for day to day life with the space it holds.

The location is again impressive being on the very popular Southridge estate which is very family orientated. You will find yourself not very far from Crowborough's town centre, convenient for bus routes to Tunbridge Wells and Brighton and local schools. Of course, if you prefer walking or have a dog the Ashdown Forest is not far away with some magnificent views!

This is one you have to come and see to fully appreciate so call now before it goes!

What the Owner says:

Over the years we have done quite a lot to the property to make it what it is today. We need a lot of parking so the front can hold quite a few vehicles and the extra space down the side, which is gated, is where we park the caravan which makes a big difference.

The garden is lovely and when the sun is out it is a great place to sit and it is reasonably secluded. With the kitchen and the lounge both overlooking the garden, it’s quite pleasant!

We will miss this house immensely but hope the next owner will be very happy here for many years to come.
