PLANNING CONSENT The site has outline planning permission (Ref: 14/03268/OUT) granted by appeal (Ref: APP/L3245/W/15/3029727) for residential development of ten dwellings.  

ACCESS The site is accessed through Ash Grove which is off Soulton Road, a publically maintained highway.  

SERVICES It is understood that mains water, electricity and drainage are available in close proximity to the site.  

COVENANTS The purchaser shall be responsible for the connection to any service apparatus.

The purchaser will be responsible for satisfying and discharging all planning conditions contained within the Appeal Decision reference number APP/L3245/W/15/3029727. The Purchaser will be responsible for making the Community Infrastructure Levy and Affordable Housing payment to Shropshire Council.
