I had been living in East Grinstead and compared to what I had seen in my budget this house was superior in many ways.

Since moving in I have re-fitted both the kitchen and the bathroom. I have also installed a new heating system, added wood flooring and redecorated throughout.

Since moving out I have rented the house out and that too has served me very well as it is such a popular area. It's great to walk down to the village and be able to buy anything from a pint of milk or just a pint!

It is also only a 10 minute walk from the house on to Ashdown Forest.
