LOCATION
The subjects are situated 29 miles north of the city of Aberdeen being 7 miles north west of Mintlaw and 7 miles west of Turriff.

DIRECTIONS
From Mintlaw take the A950 for 7 miles turning left at the fork signposted Cuminestown. Follow this road for 2.5 miles and Stillswells can be found on the right hand side. Alternatively, from the A947 follow the signage to Cuminestown and thereafter to New Pitsligo. Stillswells can be found on the left hand side.

SITUATION
Stillswells is a well-known commercial farm and is situated 2 miles south west of New Pitsligo in central Aberdeenshire. The land is generally south facing, being capable of producing a wide range of spring and winter crops, in addition to productive grass land. The extended farmhouse sits in an attractive, elevated position enjoying far reaching view to the south. It also has an 18 hole Golf Course and is home to Turriff United FC who play in the Highland League.

Aberdeen is some 29 miles distant and has a wide range of shopping, entertainment and cultural attractions which one would expect from the Oil Capital of Europe. Private education is available in the city which also has 2 new universities. Aberdeen International Airport offers regular domestic and European flights in addition to which there is a train station with regular services to both north and south and an overnight sleeper service to London.
