South Creake is situated almost equidistant between the market town of Fakenham to the south and Burnham Market to the north. Centred around the village green with the River Burn running through, the village is made up of picturesque brick and flint cottages with larger period farmhouses mixed in with more contemporary properties, converted chapels and barn developments. In February 2015, HRH The Duke of Edinburgh opened the new Memorial Pavilion - a community space for village activities in the surrounding areas whilst the pub opposite has recently relaunched as a place to eat, drink and stay. South Creake also benefits from tennis courts, bowling green, children's' area, a beautiful church and wayside stalls selling local produce as well as a yearly classical music festival.

Burnham Market, 3 miles away, is often thought of as the loveliest in Norfolk, close to the North Norfolk Coast and having a full range of around 40 privately owned and run boutique shops as well as "The Hoste" - a renowned 4-star hotel. The village is centred around a green of mainly Georgian houses in what is considered an extremely desirable location. A mile further on is the Norfolk Heritage Coast with excellent sailing facilities as well as sandy beaches close by at Brancaster, Holkham and Wells-next-the-Sea.

Manor Farm Barns were converted around 2005 to form a small exclusive development of just 5 properties, set in landscaped grounds of approximately 0.2 acre (stms) with natural pond to the west fed by the River Burn, in this popular and well located village, only 5.5 miles from the north Norfolk coast. The barns are justifiably Grade II Listed, dating back in part to 1610 with much of the original clunch elevations still on view - a traditional building material of chalky limestone used extensively in this area.

The interior of the barn features many attractive exposed stone walls with arrow slit windows, vaulted ceilings and wonderful exposed beams and rafters. More contemporary additions tie in with the barn influence such as oak doors and floorboards, timber framed windows, neutral coloured bathrooms, computer controlled lighting, integrated TV/audio system and red brick fireplaces housing wood burning stoves. Limestone tiled floors flow through much of the ground floor living space including the magnificent 37' Aga kitchen/family room with bespoke kitchen units. The first floor houses the impressive drawing room with views over fields as well as the master suite featuring a large en suite bathroom and 2 walk-in wardrobes.

From every principal living room, doors open out onto the beautiful south facing courtyard garden which features raised flowerbeds, lawn area and sunny terracing. The property is approached over a shared gravelled driveway with allocated parking to the north, in front of the main entrance.
