From Rothienorman take the B9001 signposted
Forgue. Follow this road for 5 miles turning right where signposted Upper Lenshaw. Follow this un-classified road for ¾ miles and the land at Upper Gariochsford can be found on the left hand side.

productive farming area to the west of Turriff. The land is easily accessible from the B9001 which provides good links to Inverurie and thereafter Aberdeen. Huntly and Turriff, both towns of agricultural significance are within convenient distance.

extending to 42.40 hectares (104.77 acres). Good access is provided to the fields from the public un-classified road. The land is classified as Non Less Favoured.
