What The Owners Say - "We first saw this apartment in the winter and it was light and airy even then. It was the perfect blank canvas and we loved the fact that it was in a beautiful old building on a tree-lined road thats not overlooked.
The location is perfect for us. It's right in the centre of Brighton and Hove with all the amenities and lovely restaurants nearby. We're close enough to all the fantastic hustle and bustle whilst still being in a lovely peaceful setting.
Our favourite place is the terrace. It's so nice to be able to come home from work and enjoy a gin and tonic out there with the last rays of sun or to have a drink there with friends before you go out for the evening. It's really private and it just really works with the flow of the property.
We'll miss everything about this apartment from the high ceilings to the beautiful open plan feel. Living here's been great, we've really enjoyed it."
In The Local Area - Set in a quiet tree-lined road, this property is ideally located for everything that Brighton and Hove has to offer.
