When we first stepped through the door we were taken by the character charm the property offered along with the potential and we just knew we had found our new home. Since moving in we have lovingly refurbished the whole property completely, from re-plastering to upgrading the bathroom along with putting up a stud wall and opening up the kitchen and dining room downstairs. One of the biggest projects was converting the loft which has given us an extra space which we currently use as a guest area and home office. The location is brilliant as virtually everything East Grinstead has to offer is available to you as soon as you step outside the front door.
