It was exactly what we wanted, but thought we could never afford it.When we arrived we were immediately attracted to the court yard setting and liked the fact that we were surrounded by open countryside and had the use of the communal gardens. There is a real community feel and we have great neighbours.Not only does it have a country feel, but it has the added bonus of being ideal for nights out/working with great road and rail links to both Brighton & London. Plus it is also close enough to the airport for trips abroad.
