We were living in Horsham and looking to downsize. We initially started looking in the Horsham area and specifically wanted something that offered a little bit of tranquillity. After looking at countless houses we started to become despondent as a lot of them felt dark, had small second bedrooms or were located in built up areas. We had a look at a new development in Southwater and glad we did as it was a small development and looked very peaceful. The property was exactly what we had been looking for and offered so much light and space on both levels.We have been extremely happy here and will be sad to leave.
