Ten years ago I fell in love with a lovely long garden which happened to have a house attached to it. My home still has a lovely long garden, visited by birds, butterflies and bees, which backs onto fields where horses, geese and chickens live. It also has a warm, cosy, easy to clean and maintain house and friendly neighbours all around. This is a safe area to live; and Crag Bank Road occupies a spot that combines the peace and beauty of the countryside with the convenience of local shops, supermarkets, schools, train station, bus route and the M6 motorway junction close by.
