Location - The land is located about 3 miles east of the centre of Hereford and lies between the A4103 Worcester Road and the A465 Bromyard Road.
Lot 1 being about 16.42 acres has an access off the A4103 Worcester Road, Lot 2 being about 11.66 acres has access onto Lumber Lane and Lot 3, about 7.95 acres, has access onto the Bromyard Road.
Tenure - The land is currently let on a Farm Business Tenancy until 31st October 2016 after which vacant possession will be obtainable.
