LOCATION
Riverside is located between the River Camel and the well known Camel Trail in this beautiful wooded location as Hellandbridge which is located about two miles only from the main A30 trunk road and about 2.5 miles north of the larger and centrally located town of Bodmin. There are very few properties in Hellandbridge which is an area of outstanding natural beauty and a special area of conservation. The beautiful and contrasting scenery of the North Cornwall coast is about 6 miles from the property only. The Camel Trail is one of the best known trails in the country for its beauty and contrasting scenery with its origins starting at Polleys Bridge just below St Breward and Bodmin Moor and then follows the River Camel through to the outskirts of Bodmin, through to Wadebridge and ending up at the North Cornish coastal town of Padstow.

Riverside will be of special interest to those seeking a holiday home with spacious and very high quality accommodation in a peaceful setting with the benefit of good salmon fishing onto the River Camel. The properties face towards their own private parkland and in all extends to just under 2.4 acres and just over 500 feet frontage onto the river. A short distance away is the medieval 14th century Hellandbridge.

THE PROPERTIES
These have been designed and project managed by the well known architects, Messrs Parkes Lees, of Launceston and each property is offered for sale freehold. There will be an annual maintenance fee of about £250 - £300 to help cover the cost of private facilities including the large meadow, riverside walks, drive and footpaths. The properties are accessed over a private lane shared by a few other properties and then arriving at an access gate leading into Riverside. The two show homes are being retained by our clients and are not for sale.
