Since being in the property, we have recently redecorated all the rooms and added a new bathroom suite. Earlier this year we have added new carpet, oak laminate , vinyl flooring and replaced the boiler with a new combination boiler located in the airing cupboard. We have also added a second seating area to the garden, to enjoy those long summer evenings and a quiet place to unwind.
