The home has been in my family since 1967, when my grandparents moved in. Growing up it was always a happy home and over the years I have watched Loughton High Road transform into the trendy place it is now, with many bars, restaurants and cafés in which to watch the world go by or to enjoy lunch in after a shopping spree in some of the boutiques. Most recently I have rented the home out and enjoyed the investment return this has given me. So I can honestly say that this house is the perfect place to live or to purchase as an investment.
