Our Time Here -

The Vendor's View - We have lived in our property for 29 years, raised a family and had real pleasure in calling it home. We have extended the original house to allow for more space for our growing family of six grandchildren and any occasional visitors who come to stay, so they can do so in comfort. We have space on our drive to park two large cars and there is parking on the road close to our property.
Living in the old part of Temple Ewell is quintessentially English with views from our bedrooms of the rolling hills, the church spire and the babbling stream that runs alongside the road. The property is well positioned for privacy and in the back garden our summerhouse and patio have proven to be great for summer evenings.
There is the convenience of three local stores all a short walk away; a playing field excellent for young children with swings, slides etc. across the road; and the parks of Kearsney Abbey and Russell Gardens are situated just 10 minutes stroll away at the end of our road. We have always found coming home to Temple Ewell from any direction is an attractive journey well capped off by arriving home in Lower Road.
One of the best advantages of our property is that within a 10 minute drive you can be in Dover town centre, or deep in the beautiful countryside, 20 minutes to Canterbury and easy access to both the M20 and M2. Kearsney train station is a short walk away and there are also regular bus services in the area.
Ours is a family home which we feel is now too large for just us 2 to rattle around in. Its time to downsize and allow our property to be put to better use.
