Our Time Here -

The Vendor's View - We have lived in the property for nearly 30 years, and have always loved our time here. However, the house is now too large for us and we feel the time has come to downsize.
The peace and tranquillity is wonderful; the property is very secluded and yet we are only three minutes walk from the cliff top at Kingsgate Bay and five minutes walk from the Captain Digby public house. There is a great sense of space roundabout, with trees on two sides and the North Foreland golf course nearby. The garden faces south west and the private, secluded location enables us to enjoy the pool and the garden in the summer.
The impressive lounge is 27 feet long, with large patio doors, making this a lovely room in which to appreciate the grounds throughout the year. There is a breakfast bar in the kitchen (again with full length patio doors) where we love to look out over the pool while we are eating. The master bedroom enjoys pleasant views looking away to trees in the distance.
