Our Time Here -

The Vendor's View - We were first attracted to the properties pretty exterior and the proximity to the seafront. The house needed significant improvement so the potential was the main reason we bought it. We have done so much work that the interior has completely changed but still retains the lovely original features.
The lounge is a fantastic living space; its a good size and features the original, exposed beams and seven windows, so its a really bright and enjoyable room to spend time in. The garden is nicely enclosed and easily maintained, which has been important for us, along with the massive amount of off-street parking. I love the fact that the beach is at the bottom of the road, which has been a real highlight of living here.
A real benefit for us, as a family, is that the location is very central. Everywhere the children have needed to be is within easy reach, and we can link up to all areas very quickly from here.
The house is within walking distance of the local shops, including a Post Office and Doctors Surgery, and the property is situated right on the bus route. From the seafront at the end of the road you can walk as far as Broadstairs in one direction or Margate, if the mood takes you!
Our time here has been very happy, and this has been a great family home for us.
