Full descriptionDRAFT DETAILS. OPTIONS GALORE, this historic town house is found in the heart of Ramsgate and offers many possibilities, the entire property is currently split into two units, the lower ground floor and ground floor create a one bedroom flat and the first and second floors are given over to a two bedroom maisonette. The beauty of this arrangement is that you can purchase the property purely as an investment and let each unit out or perhaps you require a property split in two to accommodate a family member? Equally perhaps you would like a main or second residence that brings in some income whilst you have full or occasional use of the other part of it.
This spacious property is conveniently close to town centre shops and Ramsgate's Royal harbour with its array of cafes , restaurants and bars which have evolved in recent years.
Ramsgate Railway station is within walking distance and offers a high speed link to St Pancras.
Local schools include Priory Road, St Ethelbert's, St Lawrence College as well as Chatham and Clarendon House.
An Aldi supermarket is found at the end of the road and an Asda supermarket is also close by.
The area is serviced by the 38, 39 and frequent and popular LOOP bus services to explore the wider area and offer a link to Westwood Cross for a wider retail offer.

Ramsgate is situated on the southerly aspect of the Isle of Thanet and benefits the countrys only Royal Harbour, its status being granted by King George 1V in 1821. The distinctive and beautiful harbour has a vibrant yachting community alongside some commercial activity and was where the Little Ships evacuation of Dunkirk set out from in 1940. The town is enjoying something of a Renaissance with its large amount of Grade 11 Listed property, many set within elegant Regency squares, or overlooking the sea, others with links to or influenced by the architect Augustus Pugin. In recent years the Royal Harbour has seen many restaurants, cafes and bars emerge alongside quirky independent retail outlets, some utilising the arches on the quayside beneath Royal Parade.
The town is steeped in history with associations to many well known figures including Queen Victoria , Karl Marx and Vincent Van Gogh as well as having a fascinating network of tunnels beneath the main centre.
The fortunes of the town have been hugely assisted by the recent addition of a high speed rail link to London St Pancras making a commute for many a viable option.
