We've lived here 19 years and it honestly is the best spot in Walthamstow. It's ridiculously well connected for transport. The market and shops are at the end of the street. We have a thriving residents' association and an annual street party. Walk ten mins south and you're in the village for cafes and restaurants, walk ten mins north and you're in beautiful Lloyd Park... yet where we are in the middle boasts bigger houses with stunning high ceilings. We're very happy with the schools. And now we have a wealth of good restaurants right on our doorstep. Our favourite is Sodo Pizza on Hatherley Mews - do check it out! Ye Olde Rose & Crown Theatre Pub is great as a local too.
