IF YOU LIVED HERE...
You'll be exploring a massive space of over 1600 square feet, right in the heart of Walthamstow. The ground floor is split between a large kitchen/diner and an equally impressive through lounge, boasting some great design features such as dual original fireplaces.
At the top of the house there's a wonderful loft conversion, flooded with light thanks to a set of huge windows facing out over the rear garden. The en suite wet room means the space would also make an excellent master bedroom with further storage within the eaves.
The remaining four bedrooms are laid out over the first floor, with even the smallest being almost 90 square feet and the other three all very generous. Flooring throughout most of the house is stripped blonde boards, with accompanying decor in the contemporary style.
Cleveland Park Avenue is a very active neighbourhood, with frequent community events and its own Facebook page. You're just a few minutes walk from Walthamstow Central, with its cinema, restaurants and 20 minute run into Oxford Circus. The award-winning bars and restaurants of the Walthamstow Village conservation area are just a few minutes further.
1. The loft conversion has twice been featured in the national press, thanks to the solar panels on the roof and the water saving features in the wet room.
2. The 66 foot private garden is patio leading to lawn leading to dedicated vegetable patch. It's just as spacious as the rest of the property and has a large shed for storage.
3. The kitchen/diner features a huge Mexican mural down one wall, if you stand at just the right angle and take a selfie, it looks like you're wearing a sombrero.
4. The wide green space of Lloyd Park, featurin

A Word From The Owner...
We've lived here 19 years and it honestly is the best spot in Walthamstow. It's ridiculously well connected for transport. The market and shops are at the end of the street. We have a thriving residents' association and an annual street party. Walk ten mins south and you're in the village for cafes and restaurants, walk ten mins north and you're in beautiful Lloyd Park... yet where we are in the middle boasts bigger houses with stunning high ceilings. We're very happy with the schools. And now we have a wealth of good restaurants right on our doorstep. Our favourite is Sodo Pizza on Hatherley Mews - do check it out! Ye Olde Rose & Crown Theatre Pub is great as a local too.
