This is a lovely place to live and I have always enjoyed relaxing on the south facing enclosed balcony with a glimpse of the sea.What attracted me was the fact it has its own entrance and the spaciousness the flat offered, unusually it also has its own garden and garage and offered lots of storage throughout. The location is great with lots of local shops a short walk away, and lovely for evening walks along the beach promenade.
