Living here for 26 years has been an absolute pleasure. The location is superb being close to Grand Avenue which is one of the most popular areas in Worthing. Being in a cul-de-sac means there is no passing traffic so its very quiet and the communal gardens are a delight to sit out in and enjoy the scenery.If you don't drive then the local bus stop is close by for the 700 which passes every 15 minutes. The seafront is only a stones throw away, so its great to take the grandchildren swimming.I will be so sorry to leave but its time for us to move nearer to my family.
