During the 15 years we have lived here we have completely updated the property throughout. We have installed the new kitchen and bathrooms and even redesigned the staircase so we could incorporate the charming circular balustrade. We have also considerably extended the property to include the cinema complex with its sound proofing and lighting system and went to the effort of importing special tiles to surround the swimming pool. As well as the pool, the garden provides everything you need to relax out of doors. There are tiered terraces and raised decking so you can follow the sun all day and when you have finished having a swim there is a charming sauna, shower and changing room in the chalet.
It has been a wonderful family home but circumstances change AND it is time to start a new chapter in our lives. We love the fact that we have private access to the sandy cove between Stone Bay and Joss bay so the kids can safely get to the beach. We very much enjoy entertaining and have redesigned much of the property with that idea in mind and we hope that the next owners will get as much pleasure out of it as we have.
