We bought this house as we loved the location. It was near our daughter’s excellent school and is just across the road from the park. It is a very quiet and peaceful part of Broadstairs yet we are not far from the local pubs, the station, the beach and the town centre. However circumstances have changed and we feel it is time to make a move but we hope that the new owners will be able to take advantage of everything that we have created. We have endeavoured to thing of everything in the refurbishment so they can move straight in and not have to do anything except relax and enjoy it.
Over the last few years it has been a delightful challenge to renovate the house and we have literally stripped it back to bare boards and removed walls to create our open plan living area. We have concentrated on incorporating very high quality fittings such as the beautiful wood doors, the kitchen units and work surface as well as the modern bathroom and shower rooms. On warmer days it is great to have the bi-folding doors open as you really feel you are bringing the outdoors inside.
