We love being so close to the promenade with the fantastic Morecambe Bay and Lakeland Hill views....the sunsets are the best in the world in our opinion.

Having the sailing club literally over the road would be a benefit for anybody interested in yachting or sailing.
Another great thing about living in this location is that it is ideal for getting away to the Lake District.
