We have lived in Saunders Close for the past 8 and a half years. When we initially brought the property it was a 2 bedroom house with a living room and kitchen downstairs. During the time we have lived here we have had a 2 storey extension built on the side which has extended our house to 3 double bedrooms, one with en-suite, a shower room as well as a new bathroom. Downstairs we have a built in garage and an extended lounge and a toy room. We additionally had a new kitchen 2 years ago. We have parking for 4 vehicles. The house has been decorated throughout. Our road is a quiet cul-de-sac which attracted us to the property in the first place. We are not over looked as we back onto the green. Our garden has a gate which opens out onto the green which is great for the children to play and the dog to have a run. Our road is very safe and many families live on the estate creating a community feel. Our house is near to Ebbsfleet which is ideal for commuting and several good schools are within walking distance. Local shops are a 10 minute walk including local pubs and the cyclopark.
