I purchased this apartment as an investment to rent out and since owning it I have never had a problem finding a tenant, probably because of its great convenient location.

The one thing that really stood out to me was the space it offered, its “open” feel.

Now living on the mainland it is becoming harder to look after which is the main reason why I have decided to sell it.
