We have lived here for 9 very happy years and have made many improvements to our home. We had a new composite door fitted which cost £1100, had all the double glazed windows replaced, had a new boiler installed 3 years ago, re-fitted the kitchen, downstairs cloakroom and bathroom, replaced the internal doors downstairs, re-plastered the ceilings in the lounge and bedrooms and replaced garden fence.When we bought our house it had an off road parking space, but as we wanted a larger garden and have never had a problem with parking we extended the garden to incorporate the parking space. However as the kerb is dropped, the parking space could be reinstated by moving the fence back.
