We have loved living here in The Tanyards. It is a very quiet, friendly close and each year there are a number of social events organised which has really helped us to feel as though we have been part of a very special community.

The house itself has been a wonderful place to live and our family has spent countless happy times together here. This is when the living space comes into its own; everyone tends to congregate in the kitchen! The outside space feels very private and the long driveway and spacious garage have been so useful as more and more of the family members have learned to drive!

There are plenty of different spaces throughout the house for family members of different ages to feel as though everyone has their own space, which has helped maintain a very harmonious atmosphere.

One of the best aspects of living here has been the location; we have enjoyed being able to walk to school and have also loved the convenience of being close to the motorway and both Winchester and Southampton cities as well as Romsey.

What is lovely to leave behind is the thought that the next family to live here has so many opportunities to enhance the home further, due to the space the house sits in. There is so much potential in this home for the new owners to evolve it as the needs of their family change.

This has been a very happy place for our family, and we are certain that its next owners will create wonderful memories here.
