DIRECTIONS From Shrewsbury, head north on the Ellesmere Road, the A528. Continue along the A528 for approximately 6.7 miles through Harmer Hill and then turn right for Newton on the Hill. Follow the road for approximately 0.5 miles and the entrance to the Barns can be found on the left hand side, denoted by a Berrys For Sale board. 

PLANNING CONSENT Full Planning permission to convert the buildings to three residential dwellings with associated parking areas was granted on the 29th April 2016 (ref 15/04265/FUL). An application is proposed to be made subject to consideration by Shropshire Council, to remove the s106 agreement with a view to removing the affordable housing contribution. Any enquiries can either be made to Berrys or Shropshire Council directly.  

SERVICES It is understood that mains water, and electricity are adjacent to the site and potential purchasers will be responsible for making any connections and should make their own enquiries with the relevant utility company. The purchaser will be responsible for the installation of a suitable foul drainage system which is to be located within the development.

The purchaser will be responsible for satisfying and discharging all planning conditions contained within the planning permission reference number 15/02465/FUL. The Purchaser will be responsible for making any Affordable Housing payment (if applicable) to Shropshire Council.

The purchaser will be responsible for the removal of the relevant agricultural buildings from the site in accordance with the approved plans if not removed by the vendor prior to completion.
