OWNERS COMMENTS I've been here eight years now and I've loved living here, but my family need me back on the mainland, so I have made the tough decision to leave this home that I have enjoyed living in. Bonchurch is a very special place in so many ways, unpolluted air, clear star filled night skies, peaceful with its own eco-climate to name but a few. I am fortunate to be a part of a 'well-run' group of apartments. Here we don't have to worry about works needed outside our own living spaces (e.g. roofs). We are also fortunate to have a good management company to sort things out. My sea view changes constantly and I have never tired of it.
