Full description

Tenure: Freehold

Located on, arguably, one of the best developments in Faversham known as the "Apples Estate", this attractive neo-Georgian style detached home offers well proportioned family sized accommodation that makes it ideal for the young and growing family.

The ground floor accommodation is well planned with a separate dining room and large lounge which has a large set of french doors leading out to the rear garden.

The rear garden has been designed to create a cottage style appearance with a variety of mature shrubs, bushes and flowering plants creating a secluded yet sunny space that you can relax and enjoy the peace and quiet.

Laxton Way is handily placed for good transport links, including the A2/M2. If you need to commute for work or school, having the main line station within an easy walking distance is ideal. Faversham's colourful market town centre is not much further away and it is quite an easy walk to and from when you need to get into town.

The property has no onward chain so it is quite possible you could easily be settled before the end of the summer and enjoying everything this house has to offer.

Please refer to the footnote regarding the services and appliances.

What the Owner says:

We moved here some 30 years ago, having lived in one of the semi-detached houses just down the road. We loved the area that much that we did not want to move too far but we needed a larger home and this property suited us down to the ground. We found the accommodation was well proportioned and we loved the garden as it was not overlooked and offered complete privacy.

The house has always proven economical to run and we loved nothing more than popping across the road to Makenade's Food Hall where we could choose from a lot of fresh farm produce.
