We moved here some 30 years ago, having lived in one of the semi-detached houses just down the road. We loved the area that much that we did not want to move too far but we needed a larger home and this property suited us down to the ground. We found the accommodation was well proportioned and we loved the garden as it was not overlooked and offered complete privacy. The house has always proven economical to run and we loved nothing more than popping across the road to Makenade's Food Hall where we could choose from a lot of fresh farm produce.
