We have spent many happy years here. We have our own front door which is a real bonus, not having to enter via a communal entrance, it feels more like a house. We have a private garden, after a long days work in the City it is fantastic to be able to come home and relax on a warm summers evening. The location is superb, we are minutes away from Sydenham high street which has fantastic amenities and Sydenham station/ELL which gives us excellent links into central London
