I have been very happy here and remember the day, 14 years ago, when I walked through the door and instantly knew this would be the home for me.I have improved my house over the years by putting in a new wet room, redecorating, new carpets, new boiler and putting in a fireplace. There is not much work for the new owners to do except put their own stamp on the property.The area is so quiet and everyone is very friendly that I will be sorry to leave. I am now wanting to downsize and move nearer to family.I hope the next owners will be as happy as I have been living here!
