Although the house was in relatively good condition when we moved in we have made some big improvements to the property to create the ideal home.
These include not only modernising the bathroom but also having new double glazed windows fitted, which are still under warranty. In the winter it is lovely to close off the living area and sit in front of the gas fire, which even when it’s not on, creates a warm feeling. Alternatively in the summer we can open up the majority of the downstairs and enjoy the cool breeze that runs through the house. We will miss the convenience of living so close to shops and stations but the time has now come for us to relocate.
