Directions - From Inverness take the A9 road north to the Tore roundabout where you take the second exit on to the A835. At the next roundabout, continue on the A835 road heading for Ullapool. On entering the town, follow the road round to the right and continue on towards Lochinver. Just before entering Lochinver, take the right hand turning sign posted for Drumbeg & Stoer and follow this road. Continue through Clachtoll and Stoer, then turn left at Stoer Village Hall. Take the next turning on the left into Balchladich. Follow the road towards the shore, passing two green agricultural buildings on your right. The croft can be identified with a For Sale board.

The croft is in good order and consists of two fields which are situated on either side of the single track road. There is access to a fresh water loch, Loch na Claise, at the bottom of the croft and to the common grazings on Meall Dearg at the top.
