This is in addition to the previous permission Ref: 03/2009/0854 which was issued by Denbighshire County Council on 11 August 2014. The plot of land that is subject to this new planning application does have an extant planning permission for a detached house by virtue of the above mentioned consent Code No: 03/2009/0854. However, the conditions relate to the larger area of land immediately to the north including the mill premises. As such a separate application has been made.
